CDM single and three phase meters are Class 1.0 to IEC 62053-21, IEC 60252-11 and GB/T 17215-008, plus PEA and MEA. The EP96 panel meter is Class 0.5S; the accuracy of the whole set also depends on the CTs and wiring.
Apartments and markets move to CDM, because dial meters cannot send data. Factories with panel meters keep them and add an E-Power MiniKit.
Long-term tenants who pay on time suit monthly billing with remote cut-off for arrears. Rotating or short-term tenants suit prepaid, since they pay before use.
Max 200, Eco 60, Mini 30. Each RS485 segment takes 30 meters or 600 m before a repeater, and the Mini only serves meters in the same cabinet.
The gateway only connects outward: allow HTTPS 443 (fallback 80), MQTT 21880 and DNS. It uses DHCP or a static IP. The full table is in the CPL Gateway manual.
